Located in the tranquillity of the Kirkharle Courtyard, the jewellery designers at Frederick Alan Designs design and make bespoke wedding rings and jewellery pieces to add that special, personal touch to your wedding jewellery.

You are invited to visit the gallery and workshop for a cup of coffee and consultation with the designer who will create your wedding rings; bring them your ideas and they will transform these into unique pieces of jewellery that celebrate your wedding and bring a lifetime of pleasure. Each piece is hand-made on site by the designer you meet with.

They have an impressive range of sample pieces from which you can select the jewellery you love the most. They then make up a model of your favourite design in silver for you to try on before Alan and Kirsty make your actual rings in gold or platinum.

Of course it's not only wedding rings that you will need for your special day, Frederick Alan Designs can also help you with jewellery for the bride, bridesmaids and other guests as well as a selection of gift ideas. You may choose a pair of cufflinks for the groom engraved with your initials or wedding date or buy special gifts for the best man and bridesmaids. For the bride's Mum and other guests Kirsty accepts commissions to design sets of, for example, a necklace, bracelet and ear-rings - bring your outfit with you and she can co-ordinate the colour of any beads in the design and also make sure that it fits perfectly with the neckline.
